Proximity to the shipyard is an advantage for many, but we also want to identify more broadly what kind of businesses might find Blue Industry Park an attractive location.
New office spacea are being planned in Blue Industry Park for companies of all sizes. We want to map the current and future demand for office and mixed-use spaces in the area.
Blue Industry Park offers companies the opportunity to establish themselves in a growing business district in the Turku region. The area’s strengths include good accessibility, a business network, flexible space solutions, and proximity to the shipyard for those businesses where that has commercial relevance.
Through this survey we aim to find out:
